- 1 hour Individual Session $50.00
- Couples Therapy $65.00 per hour
- Group Therapy $20.00 per group session
Group therapy requires full commitment by the patient to attend all scheduled sessions in succession. This allows for continued continuity thus providing the most benefit to the patient as well as the other members of the group. Payment of all sessions for a group must be made at the start of the first group and no reimbursement will be given for missed sessions. We will, however, invite the patient back to cover any session missed during the next time that particular group is scheduled.
Back on Tack Psychotherapy also offers discounts for multiple sessions. Payment for all sessions is required at the completion of the first visit. This will allow the patient and therapist to evaluate the need for returning visits. Current packages are listed below. All fees are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Back on Tack Psychotherapy is considered a non participating provider in most insurance plans. Back on Tack Psychotherapy will provide you with a formal receipt with the diagnosis code required by most plans. You may then submit this receipt directly to your insurance provider for your direct reimbursement. This practice has been implemented to eliminate processing costs and keep our rates low for everyone,
