Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of Back on Track Psychotherapy that cancelled or rescheduled sessions will result in a cancellation charge of $25 if not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our office at 813-419-7792.
